How confirming your account keeps our community secure

Sports Bridge never sells your data or any personal information pertaining to you or any information entered in our system with exception to your email address. We use your email address in accordance with our 3rd party email marketing software to send you account based emails, these can be tryout request email, account update emails including password resets and marketing emails.


You can be confident that any information, personal or team information stays on Sports Bridge and will never be sold to external 3rd party sites.


Our goal is to best represent you, the coach, and keep your data safe, our goal is to connect players and coaches through our platform.


For security purposes we ask you to confirm your email address, this helps us filter out any spam from our platform. We will ask you to confirm your email address if you ever change or update your email address.


How to update your email address


Once you have clicked the link in the verify email address email your account will be active and your email address verified.


Do not share this link with anyone else. Sports Bridge will never ask you to provide secure link or password on a phone call, text message, email, or chat.


If someone from Sports Bridge has asked you to submit or provide personal documents or evidence you must check the following to ensure it's a legitimate request from our support team and not a phishing email.


- When working with Sports Bridge support keep in mind that our support team may request specific information or documentation to prove you are the account holder, these may be requested on a case by case basis. Any requests will be directly from a Sports Bridge representative on the phone or an official thesportsbridge.com email address.

- We'll never ask for personal information to be sent over email.

- If you ever receive a request that you are unsure about please contact us directly to confirm it was from Sports Bridge.
