Welcome to Sports Bridge, and thank you so much for helping us shape this platform with your participation and feedback! We are truly trying to build a platform for coaches, built by coaches.
For giving us a hand in this early step process you will be given lifetime free access to Sports Bridge!
In this guide we will be going over; areas we would love your feedback on, how to report bugs, what to expect with our launch plans over the next few months, and most importantly how to get set up with your account.
First of all, let's get you on your way to setting up your account, then we can dive into the other areas.

Feedback
In this early beta release, feedback is crucial! We will be sending an email with a forms for you every other week or so, in the form there's a comment box, if you note any bugs please make note of them when they happen, include a detailed analysis of what happened when you encountered the bug, and then enter them in the form that will be emailed to you.
Here's an example. (not a real bug 😉)
June 12th, 12:25. Logged into dashboard > account > changed profile photo > photo didn't save > Tried again and still didn't save.
The more information you provide the quicker we can identify these bugs and squash them!
You'll also notice a chat icon in your dashboard, we're always online so we'll catch your messages almost instantly, open it up and type your concerns or comments in there for a faster submission of bugs or if you need any assistance.
Reviews
Reviews are super important at this early stage, it helps with SEO a ton, your reviews will help other coaches find us organically through Facebook recommendations and appearing higher in Google searches.
Testimonials
We will be reaching out to your for testimonials after you've had a chance to get into your accounts and play around.
Testimonials will be featured on our website and other marketing materials. Your name and team name will be included in all marketing material where we use your testimonial. If used on the website we will also include a link to your team, even more free promotion and traffic to your team profile!

So what's going to happen on launch date? We will be bringing on our first partner teams:

FC Premier
Beach Futbol
That means that all teams for these clubs will be onboarded to Sports Bridge, during this time we expect to encounter a few issues, luckily your help will put us ahead of the curve and put us on track to be as prepared as possible!
We also expect a surge of parent traffic and tryout requests. During our beta we don't expect much parent traffic as we only have a few coaches and teams listed on Sports Bridge so there's not much for parents to search and filter through.
During our launch. period you can expect to see more engagement, views and requests on your teams, so it's super important to stand out and have the best team profile possible!

We have ongoing partnerships with various other companies. (These will be updated as and when we onboard new partners, so check back to see any chances in the list ).
These partnerships include a promotion aspect, they will be sending traffic over to Sports Bridge around our launch date so we can expect to see and influx of traffic around that date as well.
